CHARLTON manager Alan Pardew has bolstered his attacking options after signing Reading striker Leroy Lita on loan.

The former England under-21 international has joined the Addicks on an initial one month loan, although the deal can be extended until the end of the season.

Lita scored 14 goals for Reading in their first season in the Premier League but he has found his first-team opportunities limited this season after falling behind Dave Kitson, Kevin Doyle and Shane Long in the pecking order.

The 23-year-old will be available for selection for Saturday's home match against Preston North End.
