Mos maintain title challenge

Invicta Dynamos strolled past ENIHL Division 1 South basement side Haringey Greyhounds on Sunday to keep the pressure on current leaders Bracknell Hornets.

The Mos won the game 7-1 at Alexandra Palace and are seven points off the top but still have six games in hand over Bracknell.

On Sunday Invicta opened the scoring in the sixth minute through AJ Smith and it was 3-0 by the end of the first period with strikes from Martin Melichercik and Phil Manny.

Haringey pulled a goal back through debut signing Scott Beeson but Invicta took that period 2-1, to lead 5-1, with efforts from Milan Kostolny and Grant Baxter.

Another two goals in third from Laurence Billing and Adam Copland completed the rout.
