JAKE LEBERL has become the latest player to leave the Gate after signing for Nationwide Conference side Dagenham.

Leberl, third in the Supporters’ Player of the Year, and the Players’ Player of the Year awards, had been linked with Gravesend, who have already signed Gate duo Graham Porter and Jay Saunders.

Meanwhile, Che Stadhart came off the bench to set up the winner for a representative Middlesex Wanderers side in their recent 1-0 win over Calais.

Stadhart replaced Cliff Akurang of Thurrock and set up the second-half winner for fellow sub John Nurse of Sutton United.

The game was played as part of the D-Day 60th anniversary celebrations.
