Kent sides learn FA Cup fate

SIX Kent sides have been drawn out of the hat in the fourth qualifying round for this season's FA Cup.

Gravesend & Northfleet will travel to Kettering Town for their first match in this season's competition, after Kettering defeated St Albans City 4-0 in a replay.

Welling have also been drawn away from home after winning 1-0 at Harrow Borough in the last round. This time they will face Dorchester Town, who beat Yeading after a replay.

Folkestone Invicta and Cray Wanderers are enjoying their best-ever runs in the competition. Invicta will travel to Aylesbury United, who needed a replay to dispatch Wroxham, while Cray face a daunting trip to Nationwide Conference high-flyers Grays Athletic.

Ramsgate, who are in the final qualifying round for the first time in 50 years, have been rewarded with a home tie against Cirencester Town.

Bromley will host Conference strugglers Aldershot Town having dispatched Mangotsfield Town after a replay.

Ties are due to be played on Saturday, October 22, with the prize on offer a place in the first round proper of the famous competition.
