Kent put Middlesex into bat

STARTS: Justin Kemp
STARTS: Justin Kemp

Middlesex v Kent

KENT skipper Rob Key won the toss at Lord's this morning and chose to field.

South African Justin Kemp is a confirmed starter in place of Neil Dexter, who had a disappointing season's opener against Durham at St Lawrence.

Other than that the Kent side is the same as the one that started against Durham and KEy will be hoping for a better bowling performance this time around.

Kent: R Key, D Fulton, M van Jaarsveld, M Walker, D Stevens, J Kemp, N O'Brien, S Cook, M Patel, A Khan, R Joseph.

* MARK PENNELL'S FIRST DAY REPORT WILL APPEAR HERE AT THE CLOSE OF PLAY.
