KENT'S returning skipper Rob Key lost this morning's toss to his Yorkshire counterpart Craig White, who choose to bat at St Lawrence.

Overseas player Andrew Hall has failed to make it back in time to play for Kent and Rob Ferley has been brought into the bowling attack.

Niall O'Brien returns behind the stumps after the departure of Geraint Jones, who is on international duty with England.
