Hess to pass on coaching experience

Former Gillingham manager Andy Hessenthaler will be taking charge of the Kent FA's Coaching Adult Football seminar on Sunday (July 6).

Hessenthaler, who now manages Dover Athletic, will give coaches of adult teams ideas and tips on pre-season training.

Alan Walker, the Kent FA's Head of Coach Education, said: “This is the first seminar we have delivered aimed at adult football coaches and Andy’s experience and knowledge will be of great benefit to all the coaches in attendance."

The workshop which will feature both theory and practical elements will be held at the 4-4-Two Club, Gillingham, from 10am to 4pm.

Coaches must be over 18 and the course is priced at £20 per person. Places are limited.
