GREG HALFORD made an immediate impact with a fifth minute goal on his Charlton debut for the reserves in Tuesday night's 5-1 win over Millwall at The New Den.

Signed on loan for the rest of the season from Sunderland, Halford was withdrawn on the hour, increasing speculation that he could make his Championship debut in Friday's South London derby at home to Crystal Palace.

Charlton's other goals came from Izale McLeod, Danny Uchechi (2) and Rashid Yussuff.

Charlton have slashed prices by £5 for Preston's visit on Saturday, March 8. Adult will be charged £15, over-60s and under-21s pay £10 and Under-18s only £5.
