Gills boss forced to shuffle pack

DOUBTFUL: Ian Cox

Gillingham v Walsall

INJURIES and suspensions mean Gillingham manager Ronnie Jepson must make several changes to his starting line-up for the first time in weeks for the visit of Walsall on Saturday.

Danny Jackman will definitely miss the game through injury and Brent Sancho serves a one match ban after being red carded at Yeovil last weekend.

The Gills decided not to appeal against that dismissal and Jepson said: "We’ve already got away with one appeal and sometimes you push your luck."

With Ian Cox in a race to be fit Gillingham may be forced to field a new look defence.

Gary Mulligan is also sidelined by injury so Neil Harris will come into contention for a place in attack alongside top scorer Darren Byfield.
