GILLINGHAM manager Mark Stimson added another three players to his squad late on Thursday afternoon.

Stevenage pair John Nutter and Adam Miller have joined on intital one-month loan deals with a view to making the deals permanent. Stimson has also brought in pacey striker Shabazz Baidoo on loan from Championship side QPR.

Those signings make it four in total for the day, after Grays midfielder Stuart Thurgood completed a deal on Thursday morning, and all four players will be in the squad for the home game against Hartlepool on Saturday.

Gillingham will pay Stevenage £65,000 for full-back Nutter and midfielder Miller in January.

Stimson was also hoping to sign Stevenage midfielder Stuart Lewis but was unable to tie up a deal before Thursday's 5pm deadline. It is expected he will try again once the transfer window opens in January.
