Gate offer 'Early bird' season ticket discount

MARGATE have frozen general adult admission prices for the forthcoming season at £9. Concessions will remain at £6 with under-16s at £1.

Season tickets have also stayed the same at £160 for adults and £105 for concessions.

Anybody buying a season ticket before July 7 will receive a 10 per cent discount.

Brian Stout has agreed to move up from his role as vice-president to club president and, after speaking with the directors, Malcolm Rowlett has confirmed he will be taking a year away from the club although he will still liaise with the local authority over the Hartsdown redevelopment plans, on the club’s behalf.

The Margate Independent Supporters’ Association is putting a team together for general maintenance work at Hartsdown on Saturday July 5.

Anybody wishing to help should be at the ground from 10am.
