DAVID FULTON: Wants to name an unchanged side

Hampshire v Kent

KENT'S crucial championship battle with Hampshire gets underway at the Rose Bowl on Friday.

Skipper David Fulton will await fitness tests on Rob Key (groin), Amjad Khan (ankle) and Justin Kemp (hamstring) before naming what he hopes will be an unchanged side for the third match running.

The table-topping skipper had a sneak preview of Hampshire’s pitch during a Sky Sports commentary stint for the Hawks' clash with Lancashire Lightning on Wednesday night and will take a squad of 13 to cover all eventualities.

Kent from: Key, Fulton, van Jaarsveld, Walker, Stevens, Kemp, Hall, O’Brien, Cook, Patel, Khan, Saggers, Tredwell.
