Daish: We'll show respect

Liam Daish: "[Barrow] have got a winning habit"

Barrow v Ebbsfleet United

Boss Liam Daish has warned his side against complacency ahead of Ebbsfleet’s trip to play Barrow on Saturday.

Barrow secured promotion from Blue Square North last season.

The Fleet have picked up draws against two of the newly-promoted sides already this season and Daish knows his side will have to be at their best.

He said: "They’ve got a winning habit and it can often see them through for that first season. That’s usually the case in most leagues."

The Fleet are just two points outside the play-off zone and Daish believes it is only a matter of time before they break into the top five.

He added: "I’m a bit disappointed we haven’t got a few more points on the board but we’ve got to keep believing in ourselves and sooner or later we’ll be right among it."• More Kent non-league football news >>>
