Ebbsfleet manager Liam Daish has urged the club's supporters to carry their team to victory at Wembley on Saturday.

The Fleet will be cheered on by around 25,000 fans against Torquay in the FA Trophy final as they bid to become the first team from Kent to win the competition.

Daish said: "The fans have got a big part to play. Everyone has come on board and is going to the game.

"It’s given everyone a good day out and something to look forward to. They are going to love it so much as well, probably as much as me and the players.

"The supporters will believe that we are going there to win. We’ll have a big crowd behind us, they will make plenty of noise and there’ll be lots of red and white – I’m sure they will make our players feel special."

Daish has a fully-fit squad to choose from after striker John Akinde was passed fit this week following a pelvic injury.
