Kent face an uphill struggle to retain the Twenty20 Cup

Holders Kent will be looking to put their Twenty20 Cup Southern Division campaign back on track this weekend.

Wednesday night's defeat against Essex Eagles in Chelmsford left the Spitfires with it all to do if they have hopes of retaining the trophy they won last season.

Spitfires face two crucial matches in the space of three days at Beckenham, taking on surprise leaders Middlesex Crusaders tonight from 5.30pm, before facing the Eagles again on Sunday (3pm).

Kent officials are hoping for near sell-out crowds at both games.
