CHARLTON'S relegation showdown with West Ham at The Valley on Saturday is a 27,111 sell-out. The attendance is the Addicks second successive sell-out following Chelsea's visit on February 3.

Peter Varney, Charlton's chief executive, said: "To have sold-out a full five days before the match is a significant achievement."

The match marks a first return to The Valley for former long-serving manager Alan Curbishley while Addicks' boss Alan Pardew faces the club that sacked him in December.
