Youngsters learnt to dance like the stars of High School Musical.

Spotlites Theatre Company held a workshop in Chatham based on the popular teen movie as part of its summer entertainment programme for children aged five to 14.

The boys and girls were taught acting, dancing and singing skills and got to put them into practice with a group performance at the end of the workshop.

Director of Spotlites Rachel Thomson-King said: “The workshop was very lively and noisy but the children were really focused. The performance at the end looked really great.”
