Women attack lone walker on A2

A 25-year-old woman was assaulted as she walked home alone in the early hours of the morning.

The woman was on the A2 near Strood when she became aware of a blue car pulling up alongside her. Three women, all said to be aged around 22, were travelling in the car which is similar in shape to an old-style Ford Fiesta.

Two passengers got out of the car and attacked the victim. She sustained injuries from the attack although was not seriously hurt.

The first passenger is said to be about 5ft 6in tall, of slim build with blonde bob style hair. She was wearing a white low cut top and dirty denim jeans.

The second passenger is described as 5ft 9in tall, of average build with blonde hair tied back into a ponytail. She was wearing a white top, dark blue jeans and black trainers.

The driver, who was not physically involved in the assault, was of slim build with long brown hair. All three women are white. The incident happened at about 2.30am on Sunday, August 22.
