A woman managed to free herself from her car after it rolled on to its roof.

Emergency crews were called to the accident on the Maidstone bound carriageway of Blue Bell Hill, close to the Shell garage, at 6.30pm on New Years Eve.

The car is believed to have hit the crash barrier and landed on its roof after it was cut up by another car which drove off.

The driver, who is believed to be in her 40's, escaped with just cuts to her hands after she crawled out from the vehicle.
