A 29-year-old woman has appeared before a court accused of manslaughter.

Victoria Catlin is charged with killing 21-year-old Vincent Wilson during an incident in the village of Grain, near Rochester. She lives at Martin Square at Larkfield, near Maidstone,

Mr Wilson, from London, died after an incident involving a Rover car in Grain High Street at about 10.40pm on Saturday, June 16.

When Catlin appeared before Medway magistrates she spoke only to confirm her name, address and date of birth. She was released on conditional bail.

Catlin is due to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Friday, August 31, when she is expected to enter a plea to the manslaughter charge.
