CELEBRITY wildlife expert Chris Packam will be winging his way to a Kent garden centre for its special bird care weekend.

Milbrook Garden Company in Southfleet, near Gravesend, is holding the annual event in conjunction with the RSPB on Saturday and Sunday, February 18 and 19.

This year, the top wildlife enthusiast and presenter of The Really Wild Show will be making an appearance on the Saturday, from 2pm.

Chris will also be judging a children’s bird photography competition and presenting the winning children with prizes on the day.

Photos, which need to be handed into Millbrook by February 14, will be judged in two age categories, 11 and under and six and under.

Chris will also be giving a talk on wildlife, at 3pm. An RSPB expert will answer bird-related questions and special offers will apply on wild bird products.
