A WOMAN has been charged with murdering her husband at his home in Barnehurst.

Maria Boyne, 29, stands accused over the death of Graham Boyne, 41, at the terraced house in Parkside Avenue on Thursday.

The jobless woman, of no fixed address, will appear before Bexley magistrates on Monday morning alongside Gary McGinley, 23, a warehouseman of Franklin Road, Welling – also charged with murder.

Mr Boyne had suffered stab wounds and was found by paramedics at about 10am last Thursday. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

His wife and McGinley were arrested after attending a south London police station on Friday.

Two other men quizzed by police have been released on bail.

Det Ch Insp Damian Allain, leading the investigation, said: "The victim was last seen at his house in Parkside Avenue by his father – this visit took place at around 6pm on April 23."
