The former offices of the housebuilder Ward Homes have been
transformed into 55 homes with countryside views.

The properties, at Ash Tree Lane in Chatham, are named Capstone
Heights.

Nick Fenton, managing director for Ward Homes said: "We are
thrilled to be reopening Capstone Heights as a delightful range of
new homes.

"The completely transformed site which was previously our Kent
headquarters, was a place of work enjoyed by many of our staff as
it offers the most fantastic views across the Medway
countryside.

"I'm sure that many homebuyers will now benefit from these for
years to come."

The first phase will consist of 16 one and two-bedroom flats
designed to enjoy extensive views of Capstone Farm Country Park and
beyond.

The flats have been thoughtfully designed in render, brick and
cladding. Prices at the development start from £109,995 for a one
bedroom flat.

Ward Homes moved to its office near Sevenoaks in 2007.
