A Kent man accused of inciting a riot in Thailand has appeared in court in Bangkok.

Jeff Savage was arrested after being caught on camera apparently threatening to burn down a shopping centre.

Shortly afterwards, anti-government protesters set fire to Bangkok's Central World shopping mall.

Mr Savage, who moved from Tonbridge to Thailand nine years ago, is on trial with Australian national Conor Purcell.
