Now it feels like we are ready for the summer Kent concerts. Bob Dylan will headline the Hop Farm Music Festival this year.

It is true that last year’s main act, Prince, would take some beating, but organisers have managed to entice another legend to the county.

Not only a singer-songwriter, Bob is an artist who has been an influence to many budding musicians for the last five decades. One of his biggest tunes, Blowing in the Wind, will have the whole festival singing.

If you are a Dylan fan, I highly recommend you listen to his son Jakob’s band, The Wallflowers.

In particular, their Bringing Down the Horse is exceptional. And you can hear he is his father’s son as soon as you hear a song called One Headlight.

Also featuring on the festival line-up at the Hop Farm is Peter Gabriel, Suede, Damien Rice – who had those beautiful songs Cannonball and The Blower’s Daughter – and 1980s legend Billy Ocean. Now I know for a fact that there will be dancing to Get Outta My Dreams Get Into My Car. How could you not?

We have just given you the chance to see Coldplay, Live in Boston, on kmfm and the winning continues, so get ready to win your way to see Chicago on Broadway in New York.

The Big Apple is an amazing city with so much to do and see. Everyone raves about it and for good reason.

If you have never been to the city, just imagine a place where you can shop, shop and shop, see breathtaking sights and watch some of the biggest musicals in the world.

Be listening to Kent’s kmfm for your chance to visit. Good luck.

Also listen for more new big music on kmfm. Nicki Minaj was born in Trinidad and grew up in New York. Her next single will be the one which 'does it’ for her in the UK. Starships is very catchy and will have you reaching for the volume button.

Stooshe are a new girl group who are like Salt ’n’ Pepa meets the Sugababes.

The trio are Alexandra Buggs, Karis Anderson and Courtney Rumbold. Alexandra went to school at Invicta Grammar School in Maidstone.

They supported N-Dubz at the Rochester Castle Concerts last year and you can hear their first single Love Me on kmfm now.

It is very poppy with shades of the Spice Girls’ debut hit Wannabe.
