Trio on women's sporting award shortlist

KENT has three nominations for the BBC South East Women's Sports Personality of the Year award.

Rugby international Catherine Spencer, England hockey star Mel Clewlow, and Commonwealth Games 1500m gold medallist Lisa Dobriskey are competing for the honour against Commonwealth Games shooting gold medallist Charlotte Kerwood, from Sussex.

The awards ceremony takes place on Monday, December 4 at Gillingham's Priestfield stadium.
