The trial of a Scottish man accused of murdering a teenager whose body was found in a Margate garden has been adjourned.

Peter Tobin, 62, from Johnstone, Renfrewshire has been taken to hospital after complaining of feeling ill.

The 62-year-old is charged with abducting and murdering Dinah McNicol from Tillingham, Essex, in 1991.

The 18-year-old's remains were found in Irvine Drive, Margate in November 2007.

Tobin denies the charges at Chelmsford Crown Court.
