Thieves in Maidstone stole four reels of hit new movie Little Fockers bound for a cinema before its release.

The rolls were nicked from the back of a courier’s car parked in Milton Street overnight on December 18.

Police are appealing for information after the incident that took place between 6pm and 10.30am the following day.

The films can only be viewed on cinema projectors and were in cardboard boxes in silver circular tins.

The boxes were 1ft x 1ft, and 8in high.

Little Fockers is a comedy starring Robert De Niro and Ben Stiller that goes on general release this week.
