Teenager injured in street attack

A BOY of 16 suffered a suspected broken arm in the assault in the street.

The boy was walking with friends along Knights Road, Strood, when he noticed a group of boys behind him. One of them asked for a cigarette and the boy said he didn't smoke.

He continued walking but as he reached the junction of Priory Road the group of set upon him. The incident happened between 2pm and 2.15pm on Saturday, December 20.
