Sevenoaks crash victims' fight for life

Two men are fighting for their life today after their car flipped and hit a tree.

The crash happened yesterday afternoon on the road between Ide Hill and Sevenoaks common.

The driver and a passenger sustained life-threatening injuries and were flown to a London hospital by air ambulance.

Another passenger in the black Vauxhall Corsa suffered serious injuries and was taken to Kent and Sussex Hospital.

A Kent Police spokesman said: "The incident happened at 4.09pm when the car left the carriageway on the nearside of the road and overturned, colliding with a tree.

"The fourth passenger sustained minor injuries. All the occupants were young men from the local area."
