Police name motorbike rider killed in crash

A YOUNG motorcylist who died last weekend after hitting a muck spreader at Stelling Minnis, near Canterbury, has been identified.

He was Andrew Tomsett, 22, of Fiddling Lane, Monks Horton, between Sellindge and Stowting, who collided with the farm vehicle in Bossingham Road at 4.50pm on Saturday.

The landscape gardener was pronounced dead at the scene.
