has pleaded for more witnesses to come forward to help explain how
and why he died.

Devastated Sheila Bright said her family
had been "ripped apart" since Michael Baker crashed on the road in
July.

Watch our video above to hear her story.

The 47-year-old, from Littlehampton, West Sussex, had been in
a recovery truck which ploughed into another vehicle after
youngsters were seen throwing stones at cars from the side of the
busy dual carriageway.

Ms Bright's fresh appeal, in an emotional return to the scene,
came after four children arrested on suspicion of manslaughter were
released without charge.
