Parents proud as children remember first Christmas

There wasn’t a dry eye among mums and dads in the Navitity play audience at Delce Infant School in Fleet Road, Rochester earlier this week.

Pupils performed two concerts telling the tale of the first Christmas 2,000 years ago in Bethlehem.

Headteacher Ann Morris, said:”There were two concerts for years one and two and the nursery/reception classes.

"The children worked really hard learning the songs and words. Both were delightful.”

More nativity pictures will be published in our Christmas Eve print edition.
