A historic site alongside the River Medway in Maidstone is having new life breathed into it.

Hayle Mill, a Grade II listed former papermill in the Loose Valley Conservation Area, has been converted by restoration specialists the PJ Livesey Group.

A reminder of the site's history exists in the form of the mill pond which is now surrounded by cottages, houses and apartments.

There are two and three-bedroom homes, all offering spacious interiors and fitted kitchens.

The original mill building has been converted into one two-bedroom and four three-bedroom apartments. The three-bedroom apartments have a private, decked terrace, with views across the pond.

Every home at Hayle Mill has large, open plan living spaces.

Prices start from £231, 950. Three per cent stamp duty will be paid on selected reservations this month. Part exchange will be considered and all legal fees will be paid.

The marketing suite is open 10am to 5pm from Thursday to Monday. For more details go to www.Haylemill.co.uk
