Northfleet man Paramjit Singh remanded over murder

A Kent man has appeared in court charged with murdering a father-of-three.

Paramjit Singh, 46, of Wallis Park, Northfleet, is one of three men accused of killing 54-year-old Balbir Singh.

The trio appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court today, where they were remanded in custody and the case adjourned until September 26.

The body of Balbir Singh was found at a flat in Tividale, in the West Midlands, on Monday, March 5.

A West Midlands police spokesman confirmed a post mortem found Mr Singh died from multiple injuries caused by being struck with blunt force.

Inderjit Singh Dhesi, 31, of Brades Road, Oldbury, West Midlands, and Paramjit Johal, 50, of Baldwin Close, Tividale, are also charged with murder.

All three men were remanded in custody.
