A NEW campaign has been launched to encourage schools, parents and children to take action to combat the problem of bullying.

It affects one in four youngsters at primary level, according to a survey by the umbrella group of England's parent-teacher associations (NCPTA).

One of the ideas is to get children to wear blue wristbands to show their support for the campaign.
