A teenager missing from Margate for around six weeks has been found safe and well.

Alex Medway-Smith, 14, was last seen at the Notting Hill Carnival.

He was missing from his home in Approach Road since the last day of the bank holiday festival, August 27.

He walked into Margate police station with his mother on Sunday.
