Dartford striker Lee Burns took his tally for the season to an impressive eight goals in six games during Monday’s 2-0 premier division win at Hornchurch.

Just when Hornchurch believed they were getting on top, a mistake by Mark Janney was punished by Eliot Bradbrook who raced through to open the scoring in the 63rd minute.

Darts looked comfortable in retaining the slender lead before Burns struck in the first of 10 minutes added on for stoppages.

When a long kick out of defence found Burns, he ran on unchallenged through a slow-covering defence to score.

James Pinnock’s early goal was enough to give Maidstone victory at previously unbeaten Canvey Island.

Nathan Paul’s cross was deflected to Pinnock who volleyed the ball into the right hand corner of the goal after 10 minutes.

Tommy Tyne got the only goal of the game as Cray won 1-0 at Margate in a Kent derby.

Tyne got on the end of a throughball from Scott Kinch and lobbed the ball over the advancing Gate keeper Paul Nicholls and into the top corner of the net.

Tonbridge Angels were 3-2 winners over Ashford Town (Middlesex) in a game that saw all five goals in the second half.

The visitors took the lead through a Malachi Bulley header, but their advantage only lasted a minute when Lee Minshull nodded the Angels level.

But the visitors hit back and restored their lead when Paul Johnson fired the ball through a crowd of players and into the net.

Carl Rook then struck twice to give Tonbridge the points. He headed his side level, before netting the decisive goal from the penalty spot.

Michael Yianni hit a stoppage winner for Folkestone Invicta at Burgess Hill in Division 1 South. Yianni's goal gave Neil Cugley's side a fourth successive 1-0 victory.

Boss Jim Ward was forced to make changes to his Ramsgate side, but they still ran out 3-0 winners at Corinthian Casuals.

Rams led at the break after the home keeper misjudged the bounce of the ball and Gary Mickelborough headed into the net.

Mickelborough got his second five minutes after the break when he scored with a half-volley. The scoring was completed by skipper Warren Schulz who headed in a free-kick at the far post.

Thamesmead climbed to fourth in Division 1 North with a 1-0 win at Northwood, thanks to Lew Tozer's goal five minutes from time, while VCD lost 1-0 at home to Enfield.
