Tonbridge Angels' Ryman League Premier Division play-off prospects were hit as they were held to a 1-1 draw at AFC Hornchurch on Tuesday night.

Tommy Warrilow's side fell behind after 28 minutes but Sonny Miles levelled the scores shortly after the break.

Angels are now two points and two places off the top-five in Ryman League Premier Division, but have a game in hand on some of their rivals.

Cray Wanderers lost 2-1 at home to Sutton United but other results mean the Wands are safe for another season.

Colin Luckett grabbed a consolation 25 minutes from time after Sutton had gone in 2-0 up at the break after goals on 11 minutes and 39 minutes.

Champions Dartford made it seven games without defeat as they drew 1-1 at Wealdstone.

Lee Noble lobbed the visitors infront, latching onto a through ball on 18 minutes, but the Stones levelled from a long throw seven minutes from time.

Maidstone United lost 3-0 at Hendon on Monday night but other results mean the Stones need just one win from their final two games to seal their survival.

Two goals in five minutes shortly after the hour mark put the Stones up against it before the hosts made it 3-0 four minutes from time.

Ashford's Ryman League Division 1 South status remains in the balance after a 3-1 defeat to play-off-bound Worthing at Homelands on Wednesday night.

The visitors took the lead after 15 minutes and two goals in three minutes before the half-hour mark made the same safe before Lee Hockey's consolation on the stroke of half-time.

Town have lost four on the trot and five of six but lie two points clear of Walton Casuals going into the final game, though Steve Lovell's side have a significantly worse goal difference.

Should Casuals win at play-off-chasing Leatherhead on Saturday then the Nuts and Bolts will have to win at home to Chatham to secure their status.

Folkestone Invicta's Ryman League Division 1 South title chances were ended as leaders Croydon Athletic held out for a 0-0 draw at the Buzzlines Stadium on Tuesday night to stay four-points clear with one game remaining.

Invicta's Darren Smith had the best chance of the match but blazed over after a superb flick from Simon Austin had put him through one-on-one in the 57th minute.

Sittingbourne's frustrating end to the season continued as they crashed to a 2-0 defeat at play-off-bound Godalming Town on Tuesday night.

The Brickies went 1-0 down a minute before the break and the second arrived five minutes from time.

Whitstable moved further away from the relegation zone with a 2-1 win over Burgess Hill Town.

Stuart Vahid opened the scoring shortly before the half hour but the visitors levelled with a header 18 minutes from time to set up a nervy finale.

However Dave Corey slotted home five minutes from time to seal Town's third win in four games.
