In one of the largest property transactions in Kent this year, Balfour Beatty Mott MacDonald has taken 20,591 sq ft at a thriving business park.

In all 200 staff will be moving to the offices at 10 Kings Hill Avenue, Kings Hill, near West Malling, and it will be operational by the end of this month.

Chris Brown, contract director, Balfour Beatty Mott MacDonald said: “We chose Kings Hill as it is well connected to the road network, can provide the parking we require and a cost efficient, environmentally friendly property solution.”

This deal follows a range of lease renewals at Kings Hill, with all companies with 2009 leases choosing to remain there. In total this represented 42,664 sq ft on the park, which is now over 96 per cent occupied.
