A man who died in a car crash has been named.

Liam Docherty, 29, of Church Street, Otford, died after the accident in Sevenoaks Road, Otford.

An inquest into Mr Docherty’s death was opened and adjourned on Thursday.

Officers from Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit continue to appeal for witnesses to come forward following the incident which happened outside the VW garage at 1.45pm , on Monday.

They particularly want to speak to drivers who were in the line of traffic travelling towards Sevenoaks.
