TWO people have been arrested following an incident in Meadowbank Road, Chatham, which resulted in a man being taken to hospital with knife wounds.

The injured man was later said to be in a stable condition at Gillingham's Medway Maritime Hospital. Another man was treated in hospital for a cut hand.

A Medway police spokesman said the incident involved a domestic dispute which took place early on Sunday morning.
