Man stabbed during disturbance

A 47-year-old man suffered stab wounds to his back, abdomen and arm during an incident at New Ash Green, near Gravesend.

Police sat they were called to a disturbance in the Coltstead area shortly after 3am on Sunday.

The stabbed man was taken to hospital where his injuries were described as "serious but not life threatening".

Police arrested four men in connection with the incident. The men aged 18, 19, 20 and 21, all from New Ash Green, were released on police bail pending further enquiries.
