POLICE have confirmed that a body discovered in a barn in the county is that of a 47-year-old man who had been missing for three months.

Ian Baker, from Hawkhurst, was found in the Crundale area, near Canterbury. He was last seen in May.

Police say they are not treating his death as suspicious. The coroner has been informed and an inquest will be held.

Mr Baker's body was found on Friday, August 10.
