A man whose body was discovered at a flat in Margate has been identified by police.
Nikita Panarins, 24, was found dead at an address in Hawley Square on Thursday, November 12.
A 25-year-old man - Renes Kutkevics of Hawley Square - has been charged with Mr Panarins's murder.
He was remanded in custody after eppearing at Margate Magistrates' Court on Monday.
An inquest into Mr Panarins's death is due to be opened on Monday.
