A woman has appeared in court accused of murdering a 66-year-old man at his home in Chatham.

Kim Albone, 39, is charged with killing Antoine Denis. His body was found inside the flat at Copperfield House in New Road on Saturday, January 9.

Mr Denis died from a single stab wound.

Albone, of Luton Road, Chatham was arrested on Tuesday.

She spoke only to confirm her name at Chatham Magistrates' Court on Friday. She was remanded in custody and will next appear at Maidstone Crown Court on February 5.
