Honda has released the first details of its latest hybrid model. Set to appear in the UK early next year, the firm's Jazz Hybrid will make its public debut at the Paris Motor Show.

Staking its claim to being the first B-segment car offering hybrid technology, the Jazz mirrors its larger brothers with its petrol-electric set-up.

Like other hybrids the Jazz will be congestion charge exempt, while the car's official 64.2mpg economy figure and 104g/km CO2 rating should make it popular with both private buyers and company car drivers keen to save money.
