NEITHER side has managed to find a breakthrough at Priestfield during the first half but Bradford City have been reduced to 10 men.

The visitors almost took the lead when Omar Daley found Marc Bridge-Wilkinson after a superb run and cross, but his effort was well blocked by Romain Larrieu.

Gary Mulligan went close on 26 minutes when his far post header was clawed away by Bradford keeper Donavan Ricketts, then Ricketts did well again to deny Ben Chorley from the resulting corner.

The Gills will play the second half with an extra man after Bradford's Kelly Youga was dismissed for two bookable offences shortly before half-time.

Gillingham: Larrieu, Southall, Chorley, Johnson, Jackman, Bentley, Crofts, Flynn, Easton, Jarvis, Mulligan.
Subs: Cox, Sancho, Collin, Ndumbu-Nsungu, McDonald.
