Gillingham manager Andy Hessenthaler described himself at being delighted with the point they picked up against Crewe Alexandra on Saturday.

The League 2 trip wasn’t without disappointment though as Simon King limped out of play with a hamstring injury during the early stages of the match.

With the likes of Chesterfield, Rotherham and Bury all losing at the weekend the Gills boss knows his team remain one of the form teams at the top of League 2.
