POLICE have arrested a fourth man in connection with the murder of biker Gerry Tobin.

The suspect was arrested last night in the Alderman's Green area of Coventry. He is detained at a police station in Warwickshire where he will be questioned today.

The three men arrested during the early hours of yesterday remain in custody for further questioning.

Search operations will continue at premises in Coventry and Nuneaton after numerous items were seized for forensic examination.

Two vehicles, a van and a Rover car have been detained from the premises. A number of bladed weapons and one firearm were also discovered.

Mr Tobin, 35, was shot dead on the M40 motorway near Leamington Spa, while returning from a Bulldog Bash bikers' meeting in Warwickshire on Sunday, August 12.

He lived in Mottingham Road, Mottingham, near Bromley, with his partner Rebecca Smith. The couple worked at Warr's Harley-Davidson dealership in the town.
